Rob Gimbl's Bio

Prior to founding RGA Results, Rob served as the Chief Learning Officer for Citi, heading Corporate Functional Learning and Development. He led a 21 person Learning and Training organization that designed, developed and delivered world-class learning and training solutions across a wide range of businesses globally. Managed an annual budget of $12M. He also focuses on talent management strategy, leadership, executive coaching and career development. Rob designed job competency models, curriculum roadmaps for specific job families and the CFO simulation. He coordinates all activities related to the training function globally Rob began his career with Citibank as a Management Associate and held numerous positions before becoming the CLO.

Having traveled the globe to speak at conferences, work with small groups, and coach individuals, Robert's passions for seeing the inner person change with outward results is his personal award. Offering his expertise and skillful interpretation, while insuring it's the individual who recognizes and makes the decision on what action to take is the crowning achievement to developing a serious and powerful leader.

Beliefs, core values and success are only coupled when proper skills are put into place and combined properly. Robert has a unique method of sharing, coaching and training people on how to achieve this goal in their professional and personal lives resulting in increased joy and wealth.

Rob is a member of the Working Council for CFO's, ASTD HR Management and had the opportunity to speak at the White House on corporate education.

Rob is on the Advisory Board of Wharton CLO program and has been asked to be a speaker at ASTD, CLO Magazine symposium, CLO summits, European IT summit and CFO magazine. Rob enjoys golfing and spending time hiking in Arizona.
